Payment Package Options: 

Paid in full – Registration + Full year tuition

When you pay in full receive 5% off your tuition! 

Two payments – Payment #1 Registration + September – January Payment #2 February- June

Six payments #1 Registration/ Sept #2 Oct/Nov #3 Dec/Jan #4 Feb/March #5 April/May  #6 June

Monthly – Registration + September, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March, April, May, June

All additional payments must be made by the 1st of the Month of the package you are following. All tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Tuition is paid for September to June. Payments are NON-NEGOTIABLE!

Additional $2.00 processing fee for all credit card payments

Late Fee: $25.00 for any payment made after the due date

Returned Check Fee: $30.00

Tuition follows rates that are stated at the studio at beginning of each school year. There will be no discount for shorter months nor will there be an increase for longer months. Everything evens out. Prices will not go up throughout the year, all prices are locked in.

Illness / Weather / Extreme Circumstances

All classes missed due to illness &/or weather may be made up in the level above or below in the like genre of dance. If an excessive amount of classes are missed do to weather additional make up classes will be offered on additional dates. Additional classes will be announced no earlier than 1 week prior. No tuition will be refunded due to missed classes. Extreme circumstances (death, extreme injury, or extreme illness) will be handled on a case by case basis.

Discontinuation of Classes

If a student decides to discontinue classes, parents must submit a written statement that they are leaving by the 15th of that month. They must also include when their last day in class will be.  If a student decides to quit after the 1st of the month, that month’s tuition will not be refunded. If there is no documentation of classes being discontinued parents will continue to be held responsible for the tuition due until it is put in writing that the child is discontinuing classes.

Yearly Registration

$35 per family non-refundable registration fee (Keep an eye out for discounts & promotions). 

Recital Costume Fees

Due: November 1st payment # 1 & December 1st payment #2

The following classes will not be participating in the recital therefore are exempt from this fee; Leaps & turns / Stretch & Strengthen.

*Tiny Combo students will only purchase one costume, and perform one dance, both class genres will be incorporated in their recital routine.

Children 10 & under: $55.00 per costume

Pre Teen/Teen 11 & over: $75.00 per costume

Recital T-shirt

Due: January 15th

Youth: $__ per shirt

Adult: $ __per shirt

**Additional shirts may be ordered for other family members.

Recital Ticket Fee

Recital tickets will be available to purchase on May 11, 2016. Tickets will be available for purchase online only. Ticket prices will be $_____ per ticket.

IF YOU ARE NOT UP TO DATE ON PAYMENTS YOUR CHILD WILL BE ASKED TO SIT AND WATCH CLASS. IF PAYMENTS ARE NOT SATISFIED ON THE 3rd WEEK YOUR CHILD WILL BE SENT HOME.

IF ALL ADDITIONAL FEES ARE NOT PAID IN CLEAR BY MARCH 1ST YOUR CHILD WILL NOT RECEIVE THEIR COSTUMES UNTIL ALL PAYMENTS ARE IN AND WILL RUN THE RISK OF NOT PERFORMING IN THE END OF THE YEAR RECITAL.

Once costume orders are placed there are no refunds.

Once additional fee money is submitted it will not be refunded.

Parent Advisory board will be hosting fundraisers throughout the season to help cut costs on costumes, fees, and conventions!
